How to process canned food

Canned food refers to the food that meets the requirements by processing, blending, canning, sealing, sterilization, cooling, or aseptic filling of qualified raw materials to meet the commercial aseptic requirements and can be stored for a long time at room temperature. The production of canned food has two key characteristics: sealing and sterilization.

There is a rumor in the market that canned food uses vacuum packaging or adding preservatives to achieve the effect of long-term storage. In fact, canned food first goes through sealed packaging rather than vacuum, and then has a strict sterilization process to achieve commercial sterility. In essence, it is impossible to use real space technology to prevent the propagation of bacteria, and preservatives are not required in a strict sense.
